We did not upgrade for “ocean view” but we did have 2 windows in the back with great views of mountains. What a highlight and experience! The room was very clean, bed and sheets comfortable and the room was in good shape with a microwave and fridge too.

Plus they had free use of chairs to bring to beach. I was impressed and enjoyed the firewood we could purchase for just $10 right at the front desk so we could make our own campfire right on the beach. Next, the little things the hotel offered such as free breakfast with boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt, muffins, cheese and juice was a nice convenient start to the day. He was always washing the windows or landscaping or sweeping and power washing the sidewalk to free it from sand. First, the staff was all amazing and very nice noted was the one male staff person we saw everyday who did cleaning and maintenance every time I saw him. This only 3-story older but perfectly located hotel has many amenities that made it great for our first stay to Oregon.
